Colombia: Commission releases report on origins of armed conflict

As part of the ongoing peace process underway in Colombia, the Historical Commission on the Armed Conflict and Colombian Victims presented its final report on the causes and origins of the country's civil war. As part of the proceedings, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) announced it was extending its unilateral cease fire indefinitely and urged President Juan Manuel Santos' government to cease hostilities.
