There are so many people who hold grudges towards their family or friends for whatever they did. I always believe that holding grudges for a long period of time and not forgiving them is not healthy for you.
However, these built-up feelings of anger and negativity may actually have a physiological effect on your health...It could cause cancer, headaches and other illness.
I remember when I was 16 years I held grudges on a family member for something she did. I stopped speaking to her for a very long time. The only time it bothered me is when the family got together.
Now we are very close with each other and I forget all about why we didn't speak for such a long time. That's because I have forgiven her.
Being angry about bad experiences can be expected but to build up so much resentment for the people who caused them can damage your health.
If you have problems with someone in your business, family or friends, don't hold grudges, try to work it out and forgive them.
