Ireland and Czech Republic go to the polls in EU elections

Voters in Ireland and the Czech Republic go to the polls on Friday in day two of the European Parliament elections. Austerity and the economy have been top of the agenda in Ireland rather than European issues. A few independent candidates are running on an anti-EU platform.
