DIY DUCK COOP | part one

Testing our DIY on the duck coop before giving our own renovations a go 🔨 It’s still standing, so things are looking up!

We decided on an A-frame shape and have been designing the rest as we go, all while making sure it’s predator proof! 🦊

Using reclaimed materials as much as we can to keep costs down and to be a little more sustainable. We’ve used old hardwood mahogany floorboards for the cladding and an old garden fence for parts of the flooring and structure. It’s meant a little more work but we’ll have a really durable, long lasting coop!
