Mayantuyacu is a world famous Ayahuasca center for healing and is known for it's incredible unique geothermal river which is the largest boiling river on the planet.
Walk the jungle with us, be by the waterfall, and sense just a little of the magic of an Ayahuasca ceremony with this beautiful and informative film.
Learn about plant 'dietas', see the process of making Ayahuasca, and witness the fascinating practice that is 'Curanderismo', the way of healing in the Amazon rainforest. An invitation to get closer to nature, closer to self, and witness the peace that is possible for all beings.
Understand how the Ayahuasca songs, Icaros, are learned from the plants and connect to force that these vibrational medicines carry.

DISCLAIMER:
This film does mention some traumatic life experiences such as sexual abuse, violence, and recreational drug use. These experiences proved to be tremendous teachers for Tatiana.
This film is not advocating that anyone drink Ayahuasca or travel to Peru.
It is our goal to share the truth of what is possible in your life. It is to this end we created this art, to compel you, us, and everyone else to be more understanding. Let us not abandon our own agency and good sense. We are all in this together and we can always, always, always, CHOOSE to overcome anything and become more. We can always find a peaceful path both within and without.

PRODUCERS NOTES:
This film was not planned or prepared for, we simply knew we wanted to capture the magic of the jungle and Tatiana's incredible connection to it. As amateurs, we were chasing a dream and came close but there is so much more to tell. Because we were community and self-funded, we had limitations though. We are so grateful to have the fortune to work with our filmmaker and creative producer, as well as Tatiana and the Ashaninka community who has welcomed us for many years because this magical film came through them.
We intend to create many more works of art around the subject of plant medicine and psychedelics with the hope of educating first and foremost because the media space is overrun with hype and exaggeration. We want more integrity to shine forth.
