Let's talk about it OD! Back for a critical analysis of double occupancy, almost 4 years after the last episode done on this subject! The dynamics of societies do not stop existing when one watches a reality TV, quite the contrary. Reality shows are often a mirror of our own society and Double Occupation is no different. This year, racial and gendered dynamics are hard to ignore. This year, which is doubly dynamic, seems obvious to us as black women, and it seemed appropriate for us to focus on it in order to validate our own experience, and that of all the black women who listen to the show.
